2024 USASP Annual Scientific Meeting Registration
Sunday, April 14 through Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at The Westin Seattle, WA
The scientific program starts on Sunday, April 14, 2024, with Pre-conference programming, beginning at 8:00 am for Pre-conferences and the Early Career Forum at 12:30 pm with lunch. The President’s Reception, which all attendees are invited to attend, begins at 4:30 pm on Sunday. Please plan to participate in the full program, which ends on Wednesday, April 17 at 1:30 pm at the end of the NIH Panel Discussion.
CME is only available for the Updated Essentials of Primary Care Pain Management
which was held on Sunday, April 14th.

Travel Awards:
Abstracts submitted by students (Pre-advanced Degree and Post-advanced Degree) will be evaluated for Travel Awards. Click here to learn more.
Virtual Attendance:
If you are unable to attend in-person, we will be using software that allows virtual conference participation. This year, all symposia and plenary sessions will be streamed through Zoom. Only symposia and plenary sessions will be recorded.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made BEFORE April 1, 2024.

We encourage our community to consider contributing to our 2024 Travel Award Fund. Our aim is to empower ten additional trainees to participate in the USASP Annual Scientific Meeting scheduled for April 14-17, 2024, in Seattle, Washington.
We are still waiting to hear from the NIH about our R13 application which partially funded more than 60 trainees to attend the 2023 Meeting in Durham, NC. If the R13 is funded, your donation will still be used to allow us to support even more trainees to attend the meeting. Thank you for your consideration and generosity.
