Information for Research Poster Presenters

Please note that registration is required to present your poster at the conference.

All posters will be presented in person only.

Session A, Monday, April 15th 10:00-11:15 am
Session B, Monday, April 15th 2:00 - 3:15 pm
Session C, Tuesday, April 16th 10:00- 11:15 am
Session D, Tuesday, April 16th  2:00 - 3:15 pm

Each poster will be hung on a 4’ (high) x 8’ (wide) poster board.  Thumb tacks will be provided at the conference. 

Maximizing Data Transparency with Rigor Icons

We would like to ask poster presenters to consider (voluntarily!) adding rigor icons to their graphs on their posters for the 2024 USASP Meeting. Rigor icons are simple symbols that can be added to figures to easily convey important experimental design details in scientific presentations. Click here to read more.

Poster Set-up and Takedown Schedule 

ALL Posters must be removed before 7:00 am Wednesday, April 17^th. Please note that if your poster is not removed BEFORE 7:00 AM on Wednesday, April 14th, USASP staff will have to remove it for you, and the poster will be recycled.
