2024 USASP Conference App/ Virtual StreamingWe are using WebEx Events (formally known as Socio) as our conference app. BOTH virtual and in-person attendees must download the conference app (WebEx Events ) to access the Conference Program and other important information throughout the conference. All plenary and symposia sessions will be streamed. You may download and log in to WebEx at any time, but please keep in mind that we will still be adding information until April 14th, when the conference begins. We encourage you to log in early enough to have time to read the user guides and learn your way around the app user interface so that your conference experience runs more smoothly. YOU MUST USE THE EMAIL THAT YOU USED TO REGISTER TO GAIN ACCESS. This is the email that is being used to communicate conference details. In the app, type “2024 USASP Meeting” in the search bar and then click “search.” Technical Requirements for a Smooth Virtual Conference ExperienceWe will be using WebEx Events, formally known as Socio, as the conference event app, which may be either downloaded as an app and used on mobile devices OR you may link to a website version on your desktop.
