Apply for a 2024 World Congress on Pain Award and Prize by 30 October

IASP provides Awards and Prizes for trainees, researchers, and clinicians that support basic and clinical research, students, and education in developing countries.

IASP is accepting applications for the following until 30 October:

Ronald Dubner Research Prize: This prize honors the best clinical or basic science research paper, series of papers, or doctoral thesis in the field of pain that were published or in the press while the candidate is in training as a student, intern, resident, pre-doctoral fellow, post-doctoral fellow, or equivalent.
Patrick D. Wall Young Investigator Prize for Basic Science: This prize honors an individual who has achieved a high level of independence as an outstanding scholar in the field of pain in basic science.
Ulf Lindblom Young Investigator Prize for Clinical Science: This prize honors an individual who has achieved a high level of independence as an outstanding scholar in the field of pain in clinical science.
IASP Award for Excellence in Pain Research and Management in Developing Countries: This award is presented to an individual or a team that has achieved an outstanding level of excellence in pain-related programs in a developing country.

Recipients will receive their Prizes and Awards and present their research at the 2024 World Congress on Pain, 5 – 9 August, in Amsterdam.
